The Challenge
Every year over 35 million workwear garments end up in landfill or get incinerated in the UK
A blend of fibres with trims, accessories and finishes make them impossible to recycle
The Solution
Envirowear uses only mono-fibre design principles for hi vis sweatshirts , trousers , tee shirt , short sleeved polo shirt and long sleeved shirt
When garments reach the end of their useful lives, they are returned for recycling
Tracking & Traceability
A QR code embedded within the garment can be scanned to identify the garment and inform the holder where it can be sent for recycling
